These classes are tough -but they are soooo much fun! No matter how stressed out I am when I come to class I always leave feeling completely relaxed and drenched in sweat! I played sports from elementary school through college, and though I haven't practiced any of those sports in years I actually play better than I ever did just from staying in shape through Muay Thai and learning how to control my muscles better.
The instructors are fantastic and genuinely care about every student and they give attention to every student, not just the ones that have aspirations to compete like some gyms do. I would recommend this school to anyone -no matter what shape or age (one of my classmates is in his 70's!!). This place is crazy fun!

I always preach you get what you pay for. This is one of the best places in Indy to learn Muay Thai Kickboxing and I would rather learn here than some hole in the wall BJJ school that has no Muay Thai experience. I love this place; the facilities are very impressive to say the least.
The instructors are very technical, and they know their art... I wish I could come more often!

It's been a great experience learning muay thai at Sarkine's Total Warrior. Having zero experience prior, it can be very intimidating walking into something brand new. The instructors do a great job laying down fundamentals to build upon, as well as pushing you to become better every class.
