I began training at the Indianapolis Martial Arts Club (now Sarkine's Total Warrior) my junior year of high school as a way to stay in shape for wrestling during the off season. Thanks to the instructors' training my endurance, flexibility, agility, and mental toughness improved immensely.
I ended up liking muay thai even better than wrestling. What I like most about the Indianapolis Martial Arts Club (now Sarkine's Total Warrior) is that you can take your training as far as you want to go. Alot of members participate for the fitness benefits, but it also allows me to train for and compete in real fights. I am currently training for the golden gloves boxing competition and having a blast while doing it!

It is exhillarating and advantageous. I love the vigorous exercise that I get when I come to class. The instructors are very optimistic and really good in what they do. It is a great school atmosphere and stress relief for me.

I have received numerous benefits since I've been attending classes at the Indianapolis Martial Arts Club (now Sarkine's Total Warrior). My arms are slimmer, my legs leaner, and my overall physique is stronger.
The classes at the Indianapolis Martial Arts Club (now Sarkine's Total Warrior) aren't only great workouts; they're a lot of fun and easy to follow! I haven't only had physical results, I've noticed I'm a lot calmer in my everyday life and I also sleep better!!
