I used to have an athletic body, but 3 kids and age had caught up to me. The Indianapolis Martial Arts Club (now Sarkine's Total Warrior) was exactly what I needed. The trainers are highly skilled, knowledgeable and motivating. They put me through the toughest workouts I have ever endured, but I didn’t notice because I was having too much fun! Turns out, I LOVE kickboxing!
Thanks to IMAC, I have a new favorite sport, the pounds melted away, and before I knew it, I was in the greatest shape of my life.

I can't say enough good things about Sarkine's Total Warrior.I started going to build confidence in myself and to push myself to do something I'd never done before....plus I needed help in the coordination department.
I can honestly say it is by far the best workout I have ever done. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and make learning kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Jui-Jitsu fun!
I always walk away feeling empowered. I've gained confidence, new friends, muscles, and so much more. I thank the Instructors from the bottom of my heart. Seriously, if you are out there looking to try something new, come join us at Sarkine's Total Warrior. There are people of every age, gender, race, and background here. You're never too young or old to learn. Take a chance....you won't regret it!

I joined the Indianapolis Martial Arts Club about a year and half ago and it has been the best decision ever. The staff are great, safety is always their number one concern.
Ray and his staff not only they want you to be an all around fighter but they also teach about discipline, respect, focus and commitment, these are the things that I apply on my daily routine.
