I’ve been here for almost a year & I have seen a great amount of changes within myself far as in my mental & physical. I have become more disciplined. The routines & exercises are amazing. You will lose weight & gain endurance, stamina at the same time. The classes are set up to work with your schedule & it's a judgment free zone. I would highly recommend anyone of any age to join.

I have been attending for two months now, and am very satisfied. I had been looking for a hobby which this has fulfilled. In addition, I am already noticing improved strength and flexibility...and it is a great stress-relief too. The instructors are very good and every class is different which keeps it from being boring. My only regret is not joining years ago.

After three months of regular attendance I can pretty confidently say this is the best workout I've ever had. When I started out I didn't really know what to expect, but wanted to try it out anyway. This was the best decision I've made in awhile.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's interested! In my experience with other places the main reason I quit going was because I would get stuck in the same routine and always felt like it wasn't working. I've been able to come in four or five days in a row and never do the same workout twice!
