Going to the first trial by myself was a big jump out of my comfort zone. The very first class I felt welcomed. The instructors were nice and took time to show me some of the basics. I decided to continue with the program and have been going for 7 months now.
I have learned a lot of life skills along with martial arts. I have improved in many aspects of my life including physically and mentally. I have gained more self confidence and courage to push myself out of my comfort zone. I'm happy with my choice to continue with this program and look forward to a great workout every week.

I’ve been a member of the Indianapolis Martial Arts Club (now Sarkine's Total Warrior) for a few months and I absolutely love it. I look forward to every week going to class. The instructors are supportive of the students and always have a positive attitude.
